Terms and Conditions

By booking this accommodation, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions -

• Cancellation policy - If a cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks before the holiday begins, a full refund will be given; if 4 weeks before the holiday begins, a 50% refund will be given; if 2 weeks before the holiday begins, no refund will be given

• To arrive no earlier than 4.00pm on arrival day, and depart no later than 10.00am on departure day

• Guests to not exceed 4

• Children under 8 are not permitted

• Pets are not permitted

• Smoking of any kind within the property is not permitted

• Treat the property with care and not to damage / remove /deface any part of the property or its furnishings

• Give access to the host (if required) to carry out any necessary maintenance during your stay

• Leave all keys in the location they were found upon arrival, on your departure

• Give notice of any breakages as soon as possible, so they can be dealt with swiftly

• The host is not liable for any death / personal injury or damage / loss to personal items during your stay
